S 45 – (corresponding to P40 – P50) – Milling and turning of steel and cast steel by medium and lower cutting speeds with medium chip cross sections by less favourable conditions. Hight toughness. For roughing of workpieces having eneven chip depth, interupter cut, impure surface difficult conditions. |
